The gas heaters on the front porch were perfect for chilly evenings.

Parking was unexpectedly pricey.

Attentive staff, answered all questions. The breakfast was astonishing, the check in was early. The location was peaceful and best possible, within walking distance of Scotiabank Centre. Classy hotel set in the beautiful area.

All amazing: staff and location. Its staff are caring, I enjoyed it. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a private safe, a minibar and central heating in the room.

We loved the charming old lobby and the spacious rooms. The gas heaters on the front porch were perfect for chilly evenings.

booked a room with attractive views on the lovely park in front. the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good-sized. location: the hotel was really close to halifax's best sights, bus stop, shops and waterfront, and the restaurant the arms.

The bed was comfortable for two people the location was excellent

Comfortable stay, excellent cleanliness. Air conditioning could be cooler for my liking.

Large, stylish room with a good bed, great location (I especially liked that the Halifax Public Gardens were right across the street!), airport transfer directly in front of the hotel.

The staff was really nice and helpful, especially when they provided me with take-out options . For better sleep, ask for softer pillows before settling in.

Location adjacent to the Citadel and the waterfront as well as the Public Gardens which are really beautiful.
